We have developed a comprehensive master plan for the development of a spa hotel and cottage village in the picturesque location of Aranđelovac, situated 70 km from Belgrade.

As part of the project, a territory development strategy was created, along with thorough site zoning that took into account the challenging landscape, and infrastructure logistics were developed.

Currently, active work is underway on the implementation of this project, encompassing all stages of construction and territory landscaping.
